Preliminary Site Review
The Setting Out Department conducts a detailed site visit and analysis to ensure proper site coordination before initiating shop drawings.
Preliminary Shop Drawings:
Preparation of initial shop drawings in compliance with the client s specifications and drawings. Submission of preliminary drawings to the client for approval, providing clarity on the scope of work.
Drawing and Sample Completion
Upon client approval of preliminary drawings, detailed shop drawings are prepared. The Factory Manager coordinates approvals and issues production orders for sample preparation as per client requirements
Sample Production and Quality Control
The Production Department handles sample preparation, including carpentry, joinery, and polishing. Quality Controller inspects the sample, issues a quality check report, and ensures readiness for delivery to the client
Client Coordination and Submission:
Seamless communication and approval process with the client to ensure smooth project execution.

Design
Wood Quality Inspection: Checking seasoning, even grains, color, knots, decay, timber size, and workability. Material Quality Control: Inspecting plywood, MDF, melamine-faced MDF, veneer, laminate, paint, and other materials. Workshop Quality Control: Ensuring quality during machining, assembly, and polishing processes.

Perfection
Final Quality Check: After procedures, the quality controller issues a certificate for material dispatch. On-Site Inspection: Once materials arrive, the site supervisor inspects and installs per drawings, followed by submission of a site check sheet. Quality Control Details: A full description of procedures and samples of the quality checklist and site check sheet are attached.
